Empower(SPACE)
Empower(Space): Youth EQ + Leadership Certificate Program is a transformative five-week program designed to equip teenagers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to foster inclusive, respectful, and safe environments in their schools. Through an engaging blend of workshops, discussions, and hands-on projects, participants will explore a wide range of critical topics, including bullying prevention, identity and inclusion, digital citizenship, healthy relationships, and leadership for social change.
This program equips youth with a toolkit of skills that are increasingly recognized as critical in the modern workforce. As workplaces continue to evolve, focusing more on employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion, employees in this role will be well-prepared to be viewed and respected as leaders in these environments. They can serve as pioneers in promoting a healthier, more empathetic, and emotionally intelligent society.
